Program Status - 2022 Is Completed

Our Garden and Soil Programs are closed for 2022.  This year we installed 43 garden beds and provided 473 buckets of soil, and that's a lot of potential to raise tomatoes, broccoli and of course Swiss Chard!

If you want to be informed about next year's program, please signup for our email list - sign up.

Thanks for another great year!

About the Soil...

We get our soil from The Mulch Store in Burnsville. We use the *50/50 Blend of Topsoil and Compost.  Find out more on their website: The Mulch Store - Compost Blend

A Note on Jumping Worms

The Mulch Store is regulated and inspected by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and verify that their process uses high heat to kill pathogens and pests including jumping worms and their eggs. Find out more about this invasive species found in our neighborhood:  DNR INFO
